What is RPE?

RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) measures how hard a set felt on a scale of 1-10:

10: Max effort, couldn't do another rep

9: Could do 1 more rep

8: Could do 2 more reps

7: Could do 3 more reps

💡 Most training should be RPE 7-8

This allows you to train hard while managing fatigue
